Printed in Venice by Aldus Manutius the Younger. This volume contains several dedications and laudatory poems by several authors in addition to the title poem. Bonaventura was not regularly established in business until 1617, when he joined his eldest brother, Matthew, who died in 1622. In 1621 he admitted to partnership his nephew, Abraham.
