Biographical / Historical

William Asadorian was a former staff member of the Queens College Library as well as the Archives Division of the Queens Public Library. He also earned three degrees from Queens College (BA in Mathematics in 1971; Masters in American History in 1972; and Masters in Library Science in 1973).

Custodial History

Items were sourced from estate sales and second hand shops in the New York City area by William Asadorian.

Visual materials donated by William Asadorian on November 22, 2019. New York City transportation photographs donated by Asadorian on November 1, 2022.

Dani Stompor processed and published a finding aid for the majority of the New York City area photographs in Winter 2023. Annie Tummino updated the finding aid to include visual materials and additional photographs in summer 2024.
