Processing Information
A number of Dr. Mandelbaum's scores and manuscripts were catalogued by the Queens College Music Library prior to transfer to Special Collections and Archives. These items were originally cataloged using the Dickinson classification system, and later re-cataloged using the Library of Congress classification sytem. Some items still have outdated call numbers listed on the physical item. Please refer to the identifier field in the finding aid and the book flags housed with the items for accurate call numbers.
Arrangement and description of this collection was made possible through a Rare Books and Manuscripts Fellowship funded by Shirley Klein.
