This series consists of proposals, memoranda, annual and other reports, correspondence, surveys, planning files, organizational charts, master plans, guides, brochures, and other administrative files documenting library operations, services, and goals.

Scope and Contents These files cover the development of Special Collections and Archives as a unit within the library. There are also two folders on the Louis Armstrong Archives, and a folder on the Rare Book Collection (also called the X collection).
