Scope and Contents

Nine scrapbooks and albums- Leon Rosenthal’s World War II scrapbook-includes his photographs, drawings, writings, and ephemera from his time in the army and stationed in Hawaii (Box 162); Leon Rosenthal’s scrapbook for Evelyne- includes photographs and ephemera documenting her life from adolescence through adulthood up to her death in 1984 (Box 163); Evelyne (Freundlich) Rosenthal’s photo albums- include Evelyne’s photographs from college into marriage and early adulthood in the early 1940s (Boxes 156 and 159); Five scrapbooks from the 1960s through the 1980s compiled by Leon Rosenthal containing photographs and ephemera from Rosenthal family vacations and gatherings (Boxes 157-161).
