Scope and Contents
Beacon is the publication of the Metropolitan House Plan Association (MHPA). The MHPA, the city-wide organization of various city colleges' house plans, was formed in 1966, with Richard Branciforte, the Queens College Central House Plan President, taking a leadership role.
