Performance Records
This series includes programs, flyers, ephemera, and schedules of the performances associated with Alexander Kouguell. Programs include Kouguell's performances as a member of the Bennington Chamber Soloists, the Musica Aeterna Orchestra, the Clarion Music Society of New York, the Silver Mine Quartet, and the New York Chamber Soloists. Many of the prorgams include performances of Arkadie Kouguell's compositions, as well as notes and additional program performers.
Queens College, circa 1949-2017
This subseries includes photographic materials documenting Kouguell's mentorship of students, his participation in faculty concerts, and snapshots of his teaching career over many decades.
Queens College Papers, 1949 - 1992
The Queens College Papers series detail the 68 year tenure that Alexander Kouguell had with Queens College. Beginning in September 1949, he became a professor of the Queens College Music School, later considered the Aaron Copeland School of Music as of 1981. His papers include programs of Queens College faculty concerts, and syllabi.
