Historical Note

Julian Bond was the featured speaker at Black History Month event in February 2011 on the legacy of civil rights activist Jim Forman. The event celebrated the acquisition of Forman's personal library by Queens College Special Collections and Archives and was co-sponsored by Africana Studies, the Library, and SEEK.
