Historical note

Founded in 1983, CUNY School of Law is considered a premier public interest law school in the country. Before moving to Long Island City in 2012, it was located at 65-21 Main Street in Flushing, New York (now Queens Hall, which is part of Queens College).

Immediate Source of Acquisition

No documentation has been located regarding the date or source of transfer. Speculatively, the materials may have been transferred when the Law School vacated its building in Flushing in preparation for the move to Long Island City in 2012.
