The Asian/American Center newsletter, A/AC News, provided updates on the center's operations, its faculty and staff, and the larger Asian American Queens College and CUNY communities. Newsletters from 2001 and 2004 feature a "Student Voices" column.

This folder contains a flyer advertising focus group discussions for Asian American students of any major. The flyer contains eligibility information and how to apply.

This file contains brochures produced by the A/AC to advertise academic scholarships and the A/AC minor to undergrads.

CUNY and Asian Americans to the Year 2000: An Asian American Perspective is a position paper presented by the Asian American Higher Education Council. The paper addresses how CUNY faces challenges in meeting the needs of Asian American students and offers policy recommendations for reorienting CUNY efforts.

This file contains ephemeral items from the A/AC such as business cards of the center, previous staff members, and director, A/AC letterhead, and an A/AC plaque. This file also contains documents of recognition from various elected officials' offices for the work the A/AC has done for the Asian American community such as: Declaration of Honor from Queens Borough President Helen M. Marshall dated October 2006 and a proclamation from Council Member Karen Koslowitz dated May 2011.

This file contains two Requests for Proposals (RFP) flyers from December 2009 and February 2011 inviting Queens College faculty to submit course proposals to build the Asian American Pacific Islander Community Studies (AAPICS) program. A word document circa 2007 outlining a timeframe for development of the academic minor is included as a digital object.

This report contains selected proceedings from the April 11, 1992 conference of the Asian/American Center and Asian American Higher Education Council. The report was edited by Joe Doyle and Dr. John Kuo Wei Tchen, then director of the A/AC.

This report is a summary of the presentations and discussions of the Immigrant Queens: Defining Communities of Interest forum held on March 28, 2011. Two editions are included: Binh Pok of the CUNY Graduate Center prepared the original draft in 2011, and the second edition was edited by Daniel H. Inouye and Madhulika S. Khandelwal in 2012.
