This collection contains several iterations of the Queens College Library newsletter, as it was rebranded over time. The newsletter delivered timely updates on library services, staff, collections, and events. The collection includes issues of the newsletter when it was titled Readers and Writers (1953), Paul Klapper Library Bulletin (1957-1961), Page Down (1996 - 2010), and Queens Quilt (1997-1998, 2001).

Historical note

The Queens College Library was first opened in 1955 in Klapper Hall. In 1988 the library moved to the Benjamin S. Rosenthal library building where it has remained an integral part of the Queens College campus.
