CUNY Campaigns, 1969
Scope and Contents
This file consists of two fliers created in 1969 by student groups, the Student Advisory Council of the City University of New York and CCNY Committee for Open Admissions. In these fliers, the groups discuss current administrative issues with diversity, academic curricula, funding, and budgetary support of CUNY students and call for students to apply political pressure and organize.
In additional to these fliers, there are two buttons from 1969 with the slogans “Don’t Cut CUNY” and “Don’t Cut SUNY” similarly advocating for continued funding and support for City of University of New York (CUNY) and State University of New York (SUNY) schools.
