Historical Note
Different house plans described and promoted themselves in the 1967-1968 Central House Plan Membership Booklet. Here is House of Bamboo about their house plan: "Even though House of Bamboo is number one in Queens College we still try harder. House of Bamboo participates in Follies, Frolics, intramurals, College Bowl and Trivia. In addition, House of Bamboo members have attended the Champagne Ball, CHP concerts, and our frequent Saturday night bashes. Even though we were not officially designated best house plan, in our hearts we know we're the best."
