A small quantity of clippings are arranged by topic, but the vast majority are arranged in chronological order. Topic-based files are inventoried first, followed by chronological files.
Processing Information
The clippings were collected by Ackerman's staff and arranged chronologically in albums or large envelopes. The original order and housing has been retained.
