Scope and Contents
Materials include reports, project proposals, legal documents, and press coverage related to the construction of a tennis stadium at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens. The project was proposed by the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation and the United States Tennis Association (USTA). This file contains information about local community board governments raising concerns backed by Marshall about the environmental impact of the tennis stadium.
