Scope and Contents
Each bound set of files is arranged according to the original FBI file number 62-8768, divided into three sections.
FBI code 62-8768 references the Parole and Deportation of Luciano in 1946. Section 1 is annexed with a series of newspaper clippings about Luciano dated early 1947, and includes materials from 1967, after Luciano’s death, regarding bank account activity in Kansas City. Section 3 includes a complete list of all cross-referenced FBI codes under which Luciano appears to have been investigated.
