Scope and Contents
The A/AC hosted many guest speakers and lecture series. This subseries contains promotional flyers and recordings of select lectures:
- “Campus Dialogues Series”
- "AAPICS Lecture Series" DVD recordings and photographs available from the three sessions of Spring 2010 lectures. Below were the guest speakers in this series and titles of their talks:
- Lecture 1: Dr. John Kuo Wei Tchen: "Intermingled and Dangerous: Five Points Irish, African and Chinese - Reclaiming the Abjected Rejected and Subjected - Manhattan's Forgotten Port Culture Commons"
- Lecture 2: Dr. Scott Kurashige "historical experiences of Japanese American Communities"
- Lecture 3: Dr. Amitav Ghosh on his book "Sea of Poppies"
