"In Their Shoes" Oral History, 1997-1999
Scope and Contents
This file contains transcripts of interviews with Japanese and Filipino survivors of WWII and their children. Select interviews were staged as a performance from October 7th through October 10th, 1998, at the Irving and Susan Wallack Goldstein Theatre at Queens College. Also included are one newspaper clipping from the Daily News circa 1999 with details on the project and a letter from the Colden Theatre. The letter from the Colden Theatre references audio of the interviews and video recordings of the performance, however, those A/V materials were not found in this collection.
