Scope and Contents

This file consists of multiple folders that contain posters, fliers, leaflets, pamphlets, literary publications, and recruitment materials created and distributed in the late 1960s to early 1970s. The bulk of the materials pertain to upcoming demonstrations, acts of civil disobedience including strikes and boycotts, and active advocacy campaigns and events organized in protest of US involvement in the Vietnam War. Political groups creating materials and organizing many of the actions include the National Mobilization Committee, Radical Organizing Committee (ROC), Fifth Avenue Vietnam Peace Parade Committee, The Vets for Peace in Vietnam, Communist Party USA, War Resisters League, and others.
